Applied AI Summit Healthcare
Free online conference | April 14-15, 2026From Guardrails to Culture: How Teams Operationalize Responsible AI, Not Just Document It
Responsible AI fails most often in the gap between policy and practice: great principles in a PDF, but no behavior change in product, data, or engineering. This session is an operator’s playbook for turning Responsible AI from a compliance exercise into an everyday operating system. We’ll break down the “Responsible AI delivery pipeline” end-to-end how to translate high-level commitments into concrete requirements, evaluation metrics, review rituals, and release gates that teams can actually follow. You’ll learn how to build lightweight governance that doesn’t slow shipping: risk tiering by use case, model and prompt testing checklists, red-team exercises, incident response runbooks, and audit-ready documentation that is generated as a byproduct of work (not extra work). We’ll also cover culture mechanisms ownership models, decision rights, incentives, training, and leadership narratives that make safety and fairness everyone’s job. You’ll leave with templates and a 30/60/90-day rollout plan.
