We present an agentic AI platform for pharmacy benefits management, developed through the integration of Lunar Analytics and John Snow Labs technologies. The platform features agents for automated prior authorization, longitudinal care companion, personal health analytics, copay card automation, formulary optimization, and medication-to-pharmacy conversion. Incorporation of John Snow Labs’ medical language models and de-identification tools enables secure, real-time processing of clinical and claims data. The collaboration demonstrates scalable, regulatory-compliant automation, highlighting approaches for improving efficiency, cost containment, and patient outcomes in pharmacy benefit administration and longitudinal care coordination.
